By accessing or using the Ascend General Contractors website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Ascend General Contractors LLC is a Washington State licensed general contractor (License #ASCENGC762D5), bonded and insured, operating from 3211 140th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98005. We design and build outdoor living projects throughout the Greater Seattle Eastside.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Submit false information or impersonate another person
• Send spam, malware, or anything that interferes with the Site
• Scrape or harvest content from the Site without our written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems

Any rough cost ranges, timelines, or material recommendations shared on the Site or by our online chat assistant are estimates only. Binding pricing, scope, and warranty terms are provided exclusively in a written estimate or contract signed by both parties. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to perform work.

When you submit a form or use our chat assistant, you agree that we may contact you about your project by email, phone, and SMS. SMS communications are governed by our SMS Terms. We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, illustrations, design, and the Ascend General Contractors name and logo — is the property of Ascend General Contractors LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

The Site integrates third-party services including Calendly, Google (Analytics, Maps), Facebook, Instagram, Twilio (SMS delivery), and OpenAI (chatbot). Your use of those services through this Site is also subject to each provider's own terms. We are not responsible for the operation of third-party services.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Project work is governed by your signed contract, not by anything on this Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend General Contractors LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

This limitation does not apply to your signed construction contract, which has its own warranty and liability terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ascend General Contractors LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted to this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance.
