Ascend General Contractors LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates a text-message program to communicate with prospective and existing customers about outdoor-construction projects, including consultations, estimates, scheduling, project updates, and follow-up.

By submitting a form on this website with your phone number, or by sending us your phone number through our online chat assistant, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Ascend General Contractors at the number you provided. You may also opt in by texting us directly.

Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can still work with us by phone or email if you prefer not to receive SMS.

Message frequency varies and depends on the stage of your project. You may receive anywhere from a few messages over the course of a free consultation to several messages per week during an active build.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Check with your carrier for pricing details. Ascend General Contractors does not charge for messages you receive from us.

You can stop receiving SMS messages from us at any time:

• Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us
• Email info@ascendgeneralcontractors.com with subject “Stop SMS”

After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message, and then we will not send you SMS again unless you opt in once more. Opting out of SMS does not affect email or phone communications.
